ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is scheduled to hold nine bilateral meetings during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Kyrgyzstan, will hold talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Bishkek on Aug. 31, the Kremlin said.
