Sept 9 (Interfax) - Tajik President Emomali Rahmon is receiving messages and telegrams from the leaders of foreign states, governments, international organizations, as well as from prominent statesmen, political and public figures congratulating him on the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's independence.
