SCO observers call Kazakhstan's Kurultai elections transparent, democratic

ASTANA. Aug 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Election observers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization have deemed Kazakhstan's parliamentary elections transparent and democratic, SCO Deputy Secretary-General T.R. Midhun said Monday.
