Former Kazakh Ambassador to Austria Mukhtar Tleuberdi reappointed as head of republic's Foreign Ministry

ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing Mukhtar Tleuberdi as the new foreign minister of Kazakhstan, the presidential press office said.
