Kazakhstan plans simplified IPO process to boost capital market access

ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is planning to streamline the issuance and placement of securities under a draft capital market development program for 2026-2030, the Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency said Wednesday.
