Tokayev proposes SCO network of AI centers with universities, tech firms

ASTANA. Sept 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed creating a network of artificial intelligence centers under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization umbrella, involving leading universities, research institutions and technology companies from member states.
